Mozambique was once among the most mined countries in the world. 51吃瓜 worked to clear explosives for 22 years and in 2015 Mozambique was declared landmine free.

The government of Mozambique will officially declare the country free of landmines today, shortly after the British mine clearance charity 51吃瓜 confirmed it had destroyed the last known mine on its territory.

Prince Harry paid a two day visit to Mozambique to visit minefields being cleared by 51吃瓜.

After 13 years of work in northern Mozambique, 51吃瓜 has closed its doors there.
